Summer Confessions

It's time to confess some things.

I almost finished this pint of gelato after the second night of eating it. Woof. Do you spy a kitty nose?

But it's not just any gelato. Oh, no. I had seen a picture similar to mine floating around the bloggy/Insta world [ahem, Katie!] and figured I'd give it a shot. I had no idea it would be as deliciously tasty and OUT OF THIS WORLD as it was. HEA-VEN. Talenti Sea Salt Caramel. Run to the store now and see for yourself.

I confess:
I still watch The Real World and cannot wait for this next season of The Challenge. I remember watching The Real World when I was like 12-years-old. Now... I'm "too old" to be cast on the show. When did that happen?

Unfortunately, there will be no C.T. this season...

I've confessed this before on Twitter and Instagram but it's now blog official: I love the Washington Nationals. Yes, I know they have been around for a few years but you have to understand... I don't jump on bandwagons. For years, the Baltimore Orioles were our team and when the Nationals came into town, I rebelled. I went to a few games with friends but never got into it.

Finally this year, I started paying attention to them, their games, and their players and I LOVE them. I watch/listen to every game. They inspire me. What a wonderful team of talented, dedicated, respectable men. #NATITUDE

I confess:
I don't like the new Taylor Swift song. Love the meaning, don't like the song. It's one of those hate it or love it songs and apparently a lot of people are loving it because it sits at the number one spot on iTunes.

I'll back this up with the fact that I am just now loving that whole "Payphone" song by Maroon 5. Cut me some slack. I didn't listen to the radio for like 10 years. [slight exaggeration.] But now with XM, life is changing.

I confess:
I got into my car one evening, and this was happening. It was then followed by the biggest dance party/celebration that a 20-something-still-in-love-with-boybands ever had. I still love O-Town.

I confess:
When I'm busy blogging or working on my jewelry, I put on a recorded show [say... Teen Mom?] just to have it running in the background. But I don't listen to it at all. Or pay any attention to it for that matter so I just end up putting it on again once I'm done.

And the last one. I confess:
I kind of wish AIM would re-gain its popularity. There, I said it. Bye.

Your turn. What do you confess?

let's start from the beginning:

1. I still watching RW and the challenges and have since the very beginning. I remember my "dream" when I turned 18 was to be on the show. #seriously

2. Taylor Swift is annoying. There...I said it.

3. O-Town was on VH1 Pop Up Video the other day and it reignited my love for Dan Miller and Trevor Penick (I follow them on Twitter now so that's the only reason I know their last names).

4. The days of AIM are missed so deep by me. That's what we lived off of in college.

Hahaha. This post could very well be written by me. I'm still watch RW and the Challenges. Even though I feel so old when watching them now. I'm so bummed that CT won't be there - that clip is my single favorite clip of challenge history. He's like the Hulk.

Taylor Swift's new song is driving me cray-cray. and it's on all the time.

Last but not least, I'm jamming out to Spice Girl's right now. Yeah, I said it! and now because of this post, Imma move on to O-town

I have walked past that gelato so many times and resisted it..but I don't think I'll be able to resist it any longer after seeing everyone RAVE about it!
Also, I do the same thing when I'm crafting. Especially because I craft late at night sometimes when my roommates have all gone to sleep and it creeps me out for everything to be so silent. Eeek!

One last thing..I agree on the TaySwift song -- but gosh darnit if I don't start singing it everytime it comes on!! Weee-EEEEE are never ever ever....

Gahhhhhh.

Oh my goodness, I have always wanted to try that gelato, but I've had a hard time justifying the $7 price tag. Now I'll definitely have to try it!
I don't like the new Taylor Swift song either.
I tape certain shows knowing that they'll only ever end up as "background noise." Shows like Storage Wars, Say Yes to the Dress... etc

I confess that I'm just a tad-bit jealous about your vehicle's thermometer displaying 74-degrees. I live in Texas, where we have two seasons: summer and miserable.

That's all.
Good day!

I confess..that I do all of these things as well. My husband cant stand that i will put on a show and then do a million other things while "watching" said show. HAHA. and I love otown. I was just googling all the old real world road rules casts the other day, in preparation for the new challange, although at 27 i am way too OLD to be on the show, i always secretly wished I had tried out for it!

We have a local frozen yogurt shop that has sea salted caramel and it is to die for! Not sure of where to get gellato here though.

I always have to have a tv show playing in the background while I'm blogging. Even though I'm rarely paying attention to it, I need the background noise!

Talenti is AMAZING!!! And I love the song Pay Phone, I got into it a while ago but it's still one of the ones I can listen to anytime. Oh how I love my memories of AIM, after all, that's how all the flirting was done back in the day :)
