The Good Ole Days | Vol. Three

I think it's safe to say that if many of you were asked to describe me, you'd say something about my love for the 90s. If you haven't heard, I'm planning on bringing back 90s fashion but we'll save that for another day. I'm starting a revolution.

Anyway, while obsessing over my favorite decade, I do quite a bit of reminiscing which leads into me laughing hysterically until my eyes sometimes tear up. I know what you're thinking - you want in on the fun. Lucky for you, I like to share :) Let me know what your favorites are!

1. What? You didn't have inflatable furniture too? You can still buy some on Amazon.
2. I still don't get the break-away pants trend but again, you can still buy some.
3. Totally Hair Barbie. I had her [and still do.] She even came with her own Dep hair gel.
4. I had a "play phone" that looked like the Zach Morris phone and it was cool. Real cool.
5. Somehow this was THE book to have. "The sky is falling, the sky is falling..."
6. HOW did I forget about Kid Pix? I was obsessed with it and can't even remember anything about it other than the firecracker eraser.
7. Oh, yes. I wore scented nail polish. I still remember how yummy it was and remember wearing it to my first Backstreet Boys concert. Apparently this stuff is making a comeback.

Now, here's my 90s challenge: Name what video the below clip is from. [No cheating] ;)

Sigh. I can't get enough of the 90s. So many memories. So many good times, toys, music, fashion. Speaking of which... I'm thinking it's time to start a "Good Ole Days" sort of link-up. We can even have certain categories :) Who's interested??

Not only did I have a blue, inflatable arm chair... mine was filled with tiny styrofoam balls so when you sat in it the static electricity from your toosh would make the styrofoam would jump up to the seat of the chair! classic.

Haha- I TOTALLY had some neon green inflatable furniture in my room. It was cool ;)

And I rocked the break-away pants all the time, as a bball player, but I'm still wondering what the point of them was?! No clue!!!

OH, and I was just telling my husband about the time in high school when two of my friends thought it would be funny to rip my break-away pants off of me while I was walking down the hall. They didn't realize that you only pull in one direction and ended up ripping my pants IN HALF at the crotch. Thankfully I had shorts on underneath... I never wore break-away pants again.

That chair!!!! Oh my goodness. I had forgotten all about those things. How? I don't know, because they were the shiz!

And those pants. My brother ONLY had about 13354653 pair...

I think everything on this list made me gasp and say "I remember those!!"

I didn't remember thinking Zach Morris looked so young, wow.

I'd know that BSB video anywhere! It was the Everybody video, right? The one where it was meant to look like Thriller?

I forgot about the blow up chairs!!! A good ole days link up is a great idea. Who doesn't love to reminisce about the 90's?

The 90s were legit. My best friend had the blow up chair, and the breakaway pants with those addidas sandles that everyone wore to basketball practice with socks. We were so cool!

First up - EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Second - the ONLY time I could get behind tear away pants was during high school basketball. Our warm up pants were tear aways, and they actually made sense. Any other time... NOT OK. :) Speaking of... Just saw someone wearing them in the airport the other day.
