I Need Your Help | Perfume

I’m sure by now most of you have already written your Christmas lists and sent them off to the North Pole. This girl, on the other hand, has yet to do so. Before I end up getting coal put in my stocking, I need to think and come up with some special items to scribble onto my list! Most years, I ask for a new perfume or perhaps just a new bottle of my favorite scent; Ralph Lauren: Romance :)

Romance

Romance has been my “signature perfume” for years now. It’s a floral scent which is my fragrance genre of choice!

While I’ll always welcome a new bottle of Romance with arms wide open, I’d also love a new perfume this year. Some of my favorite pastimes include walking on the boardwalk at the beach, enjoying a nice, cold lemonade and… spending an hour at the mall spraying and trying on perfumes! My last expedition was about two months ago which means I’m due for another trip this weekend! While I’m there, I plan on finding the next perfume {hopefully… if Santa brings it!} to add to my collection!

Here’s where you come in:

I’d love to hear which perfumes you’re loving!

Let me know which perfumes you think I should take a minute to test this weekend! What perfume can you just NOT get enough of?

I found one of those little sample perfume inserts in the Macy’s catalog yesterday and you better believe I wiped it onto my wrist. It was Michael Kors: Gold. I don’t hate it :) {Again, another floral scent}

So, let’s hear what you’re loving these days! Ready? Go!
{Oh, and happy first day of December! Ah!}

  1. My signature scent is Stella by Stella MaCartney!! I have been wearing it for years and LOVE it! But, recently I smelled this new perfume at Bananna Republic...I think it was called WonderBloom or something with Bloom in it and I fell in love with it. I hope I get it for Christmas...it will my backup to Stella :)

  11. Victoria's Secret PINK! I've worn it since my freshman year of college! LOVE IT! You just have to make sure to get the actual perfume, and not the body spray perfeume. It comes in a tall, thin pink glass bottle. LOVE LOVE LOVE. :)

  12. My favorite is Philosophy Amazing Grace. Its such a simple scent. A few years back I got a Sephora sampler with a coupon for a free full size bottle. It's $50 but well worth it. Its the best is you aren't sure what type of perfume to try. You can test out a bunch.

  14. I used to love D&G Light Blue. It was my fragrance! But now I'm loving Calvin Klein Euphoria. I've loved it since last year! It's not super floral. I kinda like a mix of floral and spice or something. It's not really spicy though. I dunno how to explain it. I just dig it! :) Happy perfume hunting!

  15. And my blog friend, Tracy, blogged about something called Pop Scent. Apparently perfume stuff isn't patented, just the names. So she mixes familiar perfumes and calls them other things. Check it out! They're way cheaper! I haven't tried one yet, but if you love scents, it'd be worth it! http://www.popscentonline.com/collections/vendors?q=Pop+Scent

  18. I've only worn two perfurmes in my life...

    When I was in my early high school years, it was the J.Lo. perfume. Really. I'm not ashamed at all...

    Since then, all I've worn in Chance by Chanel. It just feels like my perfume...I would feel weird trying something else :/

  31. I am a total scent geek and keep an excel spreadsheet of all the fragrances I have tried. Yep, that happened. I have over 60 so far. The ones that I have a green-light for are:
    Betsey Johnson by Betsey Johnson (for nights out)
    Hanae Mori Butterfly
    La Vinila Vanilla Grapefruit
    Light Blue
    Pink Sugar Aqualina (my signature scent - guys can't get enough)
    Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift (raspberry notes, floral dry-down)
    Prada Candy
    Taj Sunset Escada (very beachy)
    Delices De Cartier (cherry notes!)

    These aren't really florals, but are worth a try.

  32. My signature scent (for special occasions- I actually wore it on my wedding day!) is Coco Chanel "Mademoiselle." It was given to me from my darling French friend, and I treasure it. It smells so lovely, too! My new favourite that I'm wanting this year is Chanel "Chance." I got a sample in a magazine, and am obsesseddd! Are you spotting a trend here? Hm. Guess I'm a Chanel girl ;)
